Before buying Villa Caesarea, we rented villas for our holidays too, so we learnt for ourselves what features can ‘make or break’ a holiday.  Now that we use Villa Caesarea, we made sure that it’s as comfortable as we can make it.  Whether you choose to rent Villa Caesarea or another one for your holiday, here are a few things you might like to consider before making a reservation:

A Good Night's Sleep.  Being tired during a holiday is no fun; so that means comfortable beds for everyone.  Consequently, all our beds have new mattresses; each with several sets of cotton linens.  We also know that everyone has their own pillow preference in order to have a good night’s sleep, so there are lots of shapes and sizes for clients to choose from. Big ones, flat ones, soft ones etc, we have them all.

Keeping Cool.  The villa has three ways to keep clients cool during their stay.  Firstly, full length shutters will keep out the sun during hot summer days.  Next, in the living area there is a large air conditioner to ensure evenings spent indoors remain comfortable.  Lastly, each bedroom is also equipped with a ceiling fan that keeps them at a comfortable sleeping temperature throughout the night.

Water.  In any hot country, water shortages can develop without warning during summer months.  Villa Caesarea has an automatically operated secondary water system, which means there will still be water available from the taps even if there is a cut in mains supply.  It also ensures that there is adequate water system pressure to run showers, dishwashers etc.

Water Quality.   This is an important consideration in foreign countries.  Water in the Algarve comes largely from bore holes and contains calcium salts; it is therefore very ‘hard’.  Villa Caesarea has a softener in its water system and this provides constant hot & cold soft water throughout the villa.

Entertainment.  Villa Caesarea has a choice of all the usual UK TV channels (BBC1, ITV etc) .  There is also a DVD player and video recorder complete with tapes to record programs when you are out.

Conveniences.  The villa is close enough to walk to the village or beach but far enough to avoid the crowds and subsequent noise; day or night!  There is also a convenience store across the road for any last minute items you may need.
