About Us

Villa Caesarea is owned privately by Philip Urmson from Oldham, UK. We purchased Villa Caesarea privately in 2002 after spending several years visiting Portugal looking for a villa like this one. After we collected its keys the whole villa was completely refurbished; not only redecorating both its interior and exterior, but also installing new furniture and several modern conveniences (such as air conditioning and several standard appliances).

We use the villa as a family several times a year and take care of it just as anyone would with their own home, so everything works’ and its appearance is always kept clean and tidy. We receive help from the Carvoeiro Clube Property Management company keeping Villa Caesarea in such good condition. They are the largest and most professional property management company in the Algarve with extensive experience of managing luxury villas. They are also an excellent holiday representative to have available should clients want to use their services.

When we are not occupying Villa Caesarea, we offer it for rental on a limited basis to cover some of its annual operating costs. If you decide you would like to visit Villa Caesarea, we are sure you will enjoy both the villa and its local area as much as we do.

It was VERY difficult leaving Carvoeiro and Villa Caesarea! What a wonderful holiday. The villa is truly beautiful, and I'm afraid it began to feel like home.
